What's the difference between Gara and Gara Pro?
Gara is the full fitness and habit tracker — custom workouts, daily habits, body stats, teams, challenges, and race training. Gara Pro adds serious weight room tracking: log the exact weight and reps for every set, and see your progressive overload history over time.
Do I need a subscription to run 75 Hard or 75 Soft?
No subscription required. The Challenge Pass ($45 CAD, one-time) gives you 75 days of full Gara access — perfect for a single 75-day run. Or subscribe to Gara ($15/mo CAD) for ongoing access to all 15 programs. Free plan is limited to General Training.
What's the Challenge Pass?
A $45 CAD one-time payment covering your entire 75-day challenge. No subscription needed. Best if you just want to run one challenge and see how it goes.
Can I switch billing periods?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to quarterly or annual anytime. If you switch mid-cycle, you'll receive a prorated credit toward your new plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. Your data is never deleted.
What happens when my plan expires?
You drop to the Free plan automatically. All your data is preserved. Upgrade again anytime to restore full access.
